The apartments are designed with a high level of amenity including a large internal landscaped courtyard, spacious lobbies, balconies, rooftop resident’s lounge and deck, 111 secure covered carparks, additional storage and retail stores at ground level.
The apartment development successfully maximizes the site typology and development controls under the Unitary Plan resulting in a high yield for the site. Additionally, the apartments have been designed to achieve a NZ Green Building Council 6 Homestar rating.
The Architecture is a collaboration between Opus Architecture and Cox Architecture for a joint venture between a New Zealand & Australian developer.
