To develop this campus master plan we needed a strong understanding of the site

As well as the site we also needed to understand the educational, cultural and community requirements.

The design provides a variety of teaching environments including a gymnasium, general classrooms, a science laboratory, a multi-use art and music room, a library, a computer room, tutorial rooms, resource rooms and a staffroom.

Understanding of the environmental conditions and functional requirements was crucial to fulfilling client's brief.

The key elements were the campus flow, visual links between teaching spaces, multi-functional use for school and community needs, and passive sustainable features. Special attention was given to the creation of external spaces for education and social interaction.
